BOOKING IS FOR INITIAL CONSULTATION VIA PHONE/ZOOM ONLY: Classes can be booked 60+ days in advance and in as little as 2 weeks depending on availability. Online booking is only to discuss upcoming class, scheduling, contract and deposit. 1 hr long class on downsizing and decluttering whether you are a homeowner making a move or planning ahead for the future. These classes are designed to empower our attendees so they don't leave feeling overwhelmed, but ready to tackle that project they have waiting at home for them. This is also an option for other business or brokerages looking to introduce abiRiver Consulting and its services to their team. Everyone leaves with additional knowledge to share with their own clients to feel like the real estate professional they want their client seeking out in a season of change!

Cancellation Policy

Booking and Deposit: Classes or presentations must be booked in advance with a deposit, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon. The deposit amount and the necessity of a deposit will be determined during the initial consultation and will be outlined in the contract. Pricing: The price for the class or presentation will be based on the estimated number of attendees, as discussed during the initial consultation. Contract: A contract outlining the full terms, conditions, and details of the class or presentation will be provided and must be signed by both parties. Once the contract is signed, the agreed deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellation and Changes: If the client wishes to cancel or make changes to the event details, they must notify the presenter as soon as possible. Changes to the event, including date, time, or number of attendees, may be subject to additional charges and are contingent on the presenter’s availability. Event Conduct: The client agrees to provide a suitable environment for the class or presentation, including appropriate space, technology, and audience management. The presenter reserves the right to terminate the presentation without refund if the environment is deemed unsuitable or if the audience's behavior is inappropriate or disruptive. Intellectual Property: All materials provided during the class or presentation, including handouts, slides, and other resources, are the intellectual property of the presenter and are provided for personal or organizational use only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of the materials is strictly prohibited. Liability: The presenter is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the information provided during the class or presentation. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended by the presenter as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing. By booking a class or community presentation with the presenter, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is important to review and understand these terms before proceeding with the booking and signing the contract.
