How It Works

We don't want you to call us when you are ready to move. We want to hear from you before you start planning your move!

We begin with creating a plan for your next steps to make it as stress free as possible, plus save the most money. ​

When listing a home with abiRiver, prelisting prep is offered which includes decluttering, prepacking and staging for listing photos and to make showings a breeze!

 

Packing services includes a decluttering session in addition to our packing days. This means no more junk drawers getting tossed in a box, and no more wondering which box the essentials are in! We help you plan out where things will go in the next space so unpacking is a breeze.

We coordinate movers, contractors, cleaners, closing day, estate sales, clean outs and final walk throughs. Some clients never have to come back to the house after they've moved out, we will take care of it all.

We manage all the moving parts so you don't have to. We're taking the worrying off your plate!

What We Do

  • Moving Day Logistics: scheduling movers, overseeing loading and unloading, coordinating where furniture and boxes are unloaded

  • Estate clean outs, removing left over furniture, debris, garbage or items to donate after a move

  • Cleaning prior to final walk through, closing or handing keys off to the next occupant​

 

*Our services can be wrapped into a single invoice and paid in one bill or at the closing of the home you are selling when listing or buying with an abiRiver agent.

What We Do Not Do

  • Pack expired, garbage or unsafe items

  • Pressure clients to downsize

  • Move an unsafe quantity into a home/apartment 

  • Encourage clients to move things into storage units

  • Pack items to "deal with later"

  • Pack in a rush, where a client is under pressure to make difficult decisions

  • Work on short notice that would negatively impact a client

  • Work in unsafe scenarios (but we will help coordinate services to address any safety issues or concerns)

  • Pressure a client to buy, sell or move
