We begin with creating a plan for your next steps to make it as stress free as possible, plus save the most money. ​

When listing a home with abiRiver, prelisting prep is offered which includes decluttering, prepacking and staging for listing photos and to make showings a breeze!
Packing services includes a decluttering session in addition to our packing days. This means no more junk drawers getting tossed in a box, and no more wondering which box the essentials are in! We help you plan out where things will go in the next space so unpacking is a breeze.

We coordinate movers, contractors, cleaners, closing day, estate sales, clean outs and final walk throughs. Some clients never have to come back to the house after they've moved out, we will take care of it all.

*Our services can be wrapped into a single invoice and paid in one bill or at the closing of the home you are selling when listing or buying with an abiRiver agent.
What We Do Not Do

Pack expired, garbage or unsafe items

Pressure clients to downsize

Move an unsafe quantity into a home/apartment

Encourage clients to move things into storage units

Pack items to "deal with later"

Pack in a rush, where a client is under pressure to make difficult decisions

Work on short notice that would negatively impact a client
